How do you work?
We take an advisory first approach to understand your business mechanics; mission, objectives and values; and role profile relative to your unique situation. We have a fast multi-step research, scorecard and report process to narrow down profiles. We attend interviews with you, acting as your advisor right-hand throughout the process.
How do you charge?
We charge based a % of the final salary. This is segmented into a retainer fee, shortlist fee, and final placement fee.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. We offer 6 months.

He has spent the last several years hiring leadership teams as a Partner at a reputable search firm, before founding ActedX.

Ania is a seasoned researcher and project manager. She built her competency running the finance and projects functions (including internal hiring) for Adaptive Financial Consulting, Euro Car Parts, and a reputable oil and gas consultancy boutique. Ania looks after our research team as well as the company administrative functions.
